Dr Washington Machokoto is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management and MBA Course Leader at the Claude Littner Business School, University of West London. He leads modules including Strategic Management, Principles of Management, Business Ethics, and Business Ethics in Action, and brings extensive UK private-sector people management experience alongside his academic role.

A prolific international scholar, Dr Machokoto has published in the areas of Employee Voice, Employee Commitment, Servant Leadership, and Charismatic Leadership.
